Do you have design dreams and goals for what you want your space(s) to be, but need a roadmap for how to pull it all together? This package will provide you with everything you need to implement the design. We create the design and you run with it! Ready to get started?
After our chat and Design Meeting, we will source retail items for your space and create a design plan, shopping list, and floor plan rendering that sets forth where all items should best be placed. A lighting plan and window treatment suggestions will also be included, as needed. We will also assist you in prioritizing your budget allocations in order to best implement the design. Once your plan is finalized, we will schedule a telephone call to review it and answer any questions you may have.
Upon completion of the Comprehensive Design Plan Package you will receive a Design Report PDF that will be emailed to you within 4 weeks. This Report will contain:
- an overall floor plan (showing the best lighting locations and furniture layout)
- conceptual window treatment options
- floor covering options
- paint colors selections
In addition to all the aforementioned design elements, we will provide you with links to all the furniture items you will need to create the design. You can then order the products at your leisure and install the items per the layout we provide.
We are also available for support via email for follow-up questions you may have as you move forward with implementing the design!
